Someday (The App) is brought to you by Sasquatch Studio Inc. (The Developer). It helps you track fun: tell it what you enjoy doing, and how often, and The App gives you weekly ideas of what to look forward to right in the middle of the week.
Use of The App is subject to Apple’s Standard End-user License Agreement (Standard EULA) located here.
As part of the Standard EULA, you agree that The App is provided to you as-is, without any warranty. You further agree that The App and The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or accidental damage. Additionally, you agree that information provided within The App may be wrong, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
Pricing
The App is free to download and use with limits. To remove all limitations, a membership is required and is available for purchase.
You may choose to subscribe to a membership, and—depending on eligibility—share the membership with people in your Apple ID household. Payments (including free trials, auto-renewals and refunds) for The App are transacted via the App Store, in accordance with the Standard EULA. You acknowledge that subscriptions of The App may renew automatically, but that you can choose to stop renewal at any time.
The Developer—as well as all other app developers on the App Store—is not able to issue refunds directly. To request for a refund, please contact Apple for assistance.

In short, we do not collect any personally identifying data. We do not have access to your personal data, which is stored with iCloud.
